Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cuernavaca, an IHG Hotel

The hotel is clean. The decor is modern. The pool is very relaxing and the perfect temperature. At times the pool was completely empty and very enjoyable. I had the cheapest room so it was small but it was ok for my purposes. The fresh juices and fruits at breakfast were good.

The staff here is super supportive & helpful. They tried every way to help & support with the requests made. The greenery around the property is so peaceful.

the Pool area, the restaurant terrace. The room size, The beds are really comfortable. Staff with nice attitude. It has a parking lot. The room rate includes breakfast.

Breakfast was good, fair enough for the price paid.

We stayed there two nights on two separate occasions and Raul went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
